Dr Ke holds a Doctor of Policy Studies from Lingnan University in Hong Kong, along with a Master of Arts in International Higher Education and Management from the same institution. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Asian Studies and Management from the University of Sydney. Additionally, she has extensive experience in higher education administration. As an emerging scholar in international higher education, Dr. Ke has made significant contributions to research, boasting several publications in SSCI-indexed journals. Her work has received recognition, including the Wiley Top Cited Article award for 2021-2022.
