    Dr Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). She received her PhD degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong in 2022; MEng degree in Computer Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen (HITSZ) in 2019; and BEng degree in Network Engineering from Harbin University of Science and Technology (HrbUST) in 2017.
