Dr. Yu received her doctoral degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests lie in corporate & marketing communication, social media communication, corporate social responsibility & business ethics. She has published articles in leading academic journals including Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing, Journal of Global Marketing, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Business Strategy and the Environment, and Sustainable Development.
