Margaret Tsau is a barrister with over thirteen years of experience in dispute resolution, handling both criminal matters and a broad spectrum of civil litigation. She is appointed as Chairman on the Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings) under section 45 of the Buildings Ordinance (Cap. 123) for two terms (2021–2024 and 2024–2027). She is also the author of numerous legal publications on an array of topics such as arbitration, employment law, equity and trust, intellectual property and statutory interpretation.
