Ms Kam received her Master degree in Curriculum and Instruction and has over 10 years of experience teaching in the areas of communication and education at the tertiary level in Hong Kong.
Before returning to Hong Kong, she was a student service center director at the University of Wisconsin-Madison USA. She was responsible for planning and executing marketing and outreach plans for new students.
