Dr. Felix Wai-Kwong Yip regards himself as practitioner-scholar and has over 25 years of enriched experience in Strategic and Operational Human Resource Management in multinational corporations with diversified industries in Greater China Region, including Hong Kong, before joining Hong Kong Baptist University as Senior Lecturer in 2011.  Dr. Yip made contribution in all aspects to the University, including teaching, course development, programme administration and management, and student related support activities, as well as his associate directorship for an HRM Applied Research Centre in the Faculty of Business.   He taught subjects including Human Resources Management, Performance and Reward Management, Human Resources Strategy and Planning, Employee Engagement and Well-being, and Labour Relations and Law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels before he retired from Hong Kong Baptist University as Senior Lecturer in 2019.   He continues his employment with Hong Kong Baptist University as Part-time Teaching Consultant from his formal retirement. Dr. Felix Wai-Kwong Yip’s teaching interests included Human Resources Management, Performance Management, Reward Management, Strategic HRM, Human Resources Management Planning and Strategy, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations and Law.
