Senior management of HSMC gave a warm welcome to students on the first day of the new academic year and shared with them apples and pears during lunch. Students were encouraged to explore new ideas and make the best out of their campus life.

President Simon S M Ho; Professor Y V Hui, Vice-President (Academic and Research); Dr Tom Fong, Vice-President (Organisational Development); Professor Scarlet Tso, Associate Vice-President (Communications and Public Affairs) and Dr Brossa Wong, College Registrar visited different restaurants and cafes to distribute fruits to staff and students and exchanged views. Senior management wished them a fruitful new academic year ahead.

“HSMC values campus life and the bonding between students and academic staff. We offer students some goodwill at the beginning of academic year and examination periods to help lift their spirits. Fresh fruit is good for health. We hope that all students can enjoy a lively and fulfilling journey during their study here. It is also important for them to stay healthy by taking a balanced diet and doing exercises,” said President Ho.
