Two Accountancy Students were Nominated for College’s Career Leap Club


Career Leap Club (CLC) is one of the initiatives proposed bythe Task Force on Graduate Employment chaired by the Provost.  The aim isto provide focused coaching to a small group of high-performing andself-motivated students selected from Year 3 students.  A pool of renownedindustry advisors have been solicited to provide close mentoring to studentsdesignated to them throughout a period of around two years. 

 

Two BBA (Accounting) Year 3 students wereselected to join the CLC.  One of them wasassigned to a tax partner of E&Y (HK) and the other one was assigned to asenior audit manager of KPMG (HK).  SinceNovember 2014, functions have been organised either through Careers Office ofSAO or on personal basis between the industry advisors and the students.
