林超英：愛氣象環保獻人群 反消費型經濟增長
今集「校長與領袖同恒」請來前天文台台長林超英教授擔任嘉賓。林教授表示，從事天文台工作一開始便會遭受挫折，因天氣難以精確預測，很快學懂謙卑。他又指成功領袖應該承受批評，勇於承擔錯失，並為下屬提供愉快與信任的工作環境，從而提升工作表現。他表明不認同消費型的經濟增長。
