A delegation from Chung Yuan Christian University (CYCU), a partner of HSMC from Taiwan since 2014, visited the College on 3 Aug 2018 to share experiences and practices of “Innovation of Teaching and Learning”.  Led by Professor Li Meng Hui, Vice-President of CYCU, the delegation included representatives from different departments and programmes as well as representatives from CYCU’s strategic partner universities. CYCU was ranked first among Taiwan’s private comprehensive universities.

Dr Tom Fong, Vice-President (Organisational Development) of HSMC, received the delegation. A sharing seminar on emerging technologies for teaching and learning was delivered by Dr Daniel Mo, Associate Director (e-Learning) of the Centre for Teaching and Learning, and a sharing meeting chaired by Dr Shelby Chan, Acting Dean of the School of Translation was held to share experiences and new notions on teaching and learning.  A campus tour was also arranged to demonstrate how technologies are  applied to teaching and learning at HSMC.
