HSMC Students Awarded HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship

The HSBC Scholars Day, an annual celebration of HSBC Scholarship recipients’ outstanding achievements, was held on 15 Jun 2018 at the HSBC Main Building in Central. This year, three HSMC students were awarded the HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship 2017/18 amounting to HK$150,000.

HSBC has a long history of encouraging young people to unleash their potential through educational support in Hong Kong. Funded by the Hongkong Bank Foundation, the HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship Scheme benefits top tertiary students with all-round excellence and significant commitment to Hong Kong.

After rounds of selection interviews, three final year students, Cheng Nga Man, Ella (Year 4, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Financial Analysis), Liang Chi Shun, Rind (Year 4, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Management) and Tam Pui Kei, Alice (Year 4, Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Corporate Governance) were selected to receive the HSBC Hong Kong Scholarship 2017/18.

The three HSMC awardees are now members of the HSBC Scholars Network which gathers past HSBC scholarship recipients through networking events and community service activities.
