Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between HSMC and National Changhua University of Education
On 28 November 2014, Hang Seng Management College (HSMC)and National University of Changhua University of Education (NCUE) signed aMemorandum of Understanding to foster academiccollaboration between the two institutions.
HSMC Senior Management including Prof Simon Ho, President;Prof Gilbert Fong, Provost; Dr Karen Chan, Vice-President (OrganisationalDevelopment); Dr Tom Fong, Associate Vice-President (Student Development andCampus Services) and Prof Thomas Luk, Dean of School of Humanities and SocialScience gave a warm reception to delegation members from NCUE, including ProfYen-Kuang Kuo, President; Prof Kaili Yieh, Dean, College of Extension Education/Professor,Department of Business Administration and Prof Ming-Hsien Hsueh, AssistantProfessor, Department of Accounting. The two institutions had a fruitful discussionon strategic collaborations in pursuit of common interests in teaching,research and exchange activities.
