Business Experience Sharing Seminar VII-Talent Management

The Business Experience Sharing Seminar VII: “Talent Management – The Journey of Transformation from Attraction to Retention” was held successfully on 23 February 2017. The Department of Management was honored to invite Mr. Sunny Wong, the Executive Director of Tibet Water Resources Ltd and also the Adjunct Professor of our Department, to share his experience on talent management. Mr Sunny Wong talked about many examples of managing his team and the idea of“walking together” with colleagues. He sincerely respects every colleague and he always conducts the HR orientation by himself. He shares the corporate culture with his fellows personally so that he can make sure everyone understands the corporate culture.

Participants were impressed by his company’s corporate culture and enjoyed the interesting stories that Mr. Sunny Wong shared. Students asked questions and shared their thoughts after the seminar. Participants enjoyed the seminar and wanted to know more about Talent Management.
