2016年7月20日 22名中學學生及16名恒管來自各學院的同學參與學習營。英文系的馮啟陽博士及貝曉越博士亦為學生們舉行工作坊，以講解語言學及文學如何能幫助學生全面提升他們的英語能力，從而增加他們的文化修為。此外，恆管田家炳文化大使亦於學習營期間舉辦了電台節目製作工作坊、話劇工作坊，以及演說工作坊，期間學生們分組製作了以文化為主題的播客節目，改編並演出莎士比亞的幽默小劇，以及簡報如何於現代都市活化傳統文化。 活動合照 由田家炳基金贊助，英文系於2016年7月18至20日期間舉辦了暑期文化交流英語學習營。是次活動旨在增加學生們的文化修為及全球/本地意識，同時促進他們的英語語文能力。學習營的參與者包括恒管學生及田家炳中學學生。學生們在這三天體驗了不同的文化文流活動，包括港鐵藝術巡寶遊戲、動畫電影放映會，以及荔枝窩客家村導賞遊。
