Organised by the Human Resources Office, the Talent Development Days 2026 were held from 20 to 22 May 2026 under the theme “Transform. Elevate. Appreciate”.

Over three days, more than 300 administrative and academic support colleagues took part in interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and skill-building sessions designed to strengthen teamwork, spark creativity and build resilience across the University community.

Participants actively exchanged ideas, forged stronger connections and explored  new pathways for personal and professional growth. The event not only supported the University’s strategic goals but also celebrated the talent and dedication of HSUHK’s staff.
