HSUHK was awarded as “Triple Gold Award” Holder (2015, 2016 and 2018) under the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme to recognize its website being user-friendly to people with difficulties surfing the internet. The University is honoured to receive this award and pledged to consider different delivery means when providing its information.
This year’s Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme was organised by Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) and co-organised by the Office of Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO), while the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) served as the independent advisor.
Mr Samuel Shum, Assistant Director of Information Technology, received the award on behalf of HSUHK at the award presentation ceremony held in January 2019.
