This year marks the 45th anniversary of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). To celebrate this milestone, the “Uniquely Common” Concert will be held on 18 September (Thursday) at 8:00 pm at the Concert Hall of Hong Kong City Hall.
This Concert not only commemorates the anniversary but also raises funds for the “Strategic Campus Development Fund”. Given the significance of the concert, it has received enthusiastic support from local celebrities, talented singers, dedicated alumni, students and staff members, as well as the HSUHK Sinfonietta and Choir. President Simon Ho will also join hands with special guests to deliver a unique evening.
Tickets for the concert will be available soon. We warmly invite everyone to donate and support the “Strategic Campus Development Fund”. As The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong evolved from Hang Seng School of Commerce to Hang Seng Management College, with nearly a half-century of history, our M Building and other early infrastructure face substantial and pressing restoration needs. The ageing facilities and space shortages now hinder our ability to support the growing student population, academic programmes and research projects.
The “Strategic Campus Development Fund” will support the substantial costs of building restoration and future campus expansion projects. The projects aim to transform underutilised land space to alleviate our pressing floor space shortages, therefore the University needs to secure more donations and finances to support these strategic developments.Your generous donation is crucial to support these strategic developments.
