HSMC Students Won Gold Award in Consumer Rights Reporting Awards

A team formed by five BJC students received the Gold Award in the “Campus” category of the 18th Consumer Rights Reporting Awards programme. The team members are Lam Yik, Shum Ka Ngai, Tsang King Man, Tsoi Hiu Fai and Wan Hok Chung. Theme of their winning entry is illegal food outlets at Kwai Chung Plaza, which pose threats to food safety, fire risk and hygiene problem. Last year, BJC students also won in the award programme: winner of the “Sustainable Consumption Awards – Campus” category and Silver Award in the “Campus” category.

Silver Award: Hong Kong Baptist University
Bronze Award: Hong Kong Baptist University
Merit Award: The Chinese University of Hong Kong
Merit Award: Hong Kong Shue Yan University
