18 May 2025
The Honours Academy (HA) organised a leadership training day camp for its 5th cohort and senior students on 18 May 2025. The experience helped the HA students foster personal growth and cultivate essential leadership skills.
The camp kicked off with engaging team-building games to alleviate tensions that often accompany exam season and to strengthen bonds. In teams, students embarked on an adventure to complete four challenging missions, each requiring unique leadership qualities, such as social skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, organisational skills, and team spirit.
At the end of the camp, HA students reflected on their experiences and the valuable lessons they learned about teamwork and leadership that also deepened bonds with their peers.
