Module Description
This module is designed to cover the knowledge and techniques relating to the art of negotiation in crisis and persuasive communication as well as to help students develop effective negotiation skills in conflict situations.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to:

  1. explain the major types of conflicts and stages of conflicts;

  2. identify and illustrate conflict management styles;

  3. discuss negotiation goals, strategies, and ethics; and

  4. develop a conflict management program with the five negotiation skills.
