黃彩屏博士在英國華威大學獲得商業博士學位。她曾在香港大學商學院與SPACE中國商業學院任教10多年，曾擔任首席講師與中心主任要職。她現擔任世界五百強企業大學導師、著名跨國上市公司與中小型企業的諮詢服務顧問和企業高管教練。曾帶領眾多大陸與香港特區年輕人參與世界創業與商業案例大賽,獲獎無數。最近，她的團隊在2014年參加煤氣通與阿里雲的創意軟體比賽獲得銀獎。現擔任上海孵化與創新學院院長，為初創企業提供創新與創業管理培訓，商業計畫書寫作，風險投資及上市輔導。
黃博士在講座中向同學講解怎樣籌備好的商業計劃書，而編撰商業計劃書的過程也是企業審視、分析自身及產品的好機會。黃博士在講座中更向同學介紹一些於國內的實習計劃。
