本集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來香港中小型企業總會榮譽會長吳宏斌博士。吳博士認為成功領袖必須有廣闊胸襟，為未來的風浪做好準備。他慨嘆香港社會快樂和諧不足，因此成立了提升快樂指數基金。他指出凡事量力而為，做事按部就班，包容感恩，人生就會較快樂滿足。
