The Opening Ceremony of the Asia-Pacific ASEAN Green Deal Centre (APAGDC) of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) was held on 26 March 2024.

In his address, Professor Simon S M Ho, President of HSUHK said “APAGDC is more than just a centre for learning and development; it stands as a beacon of hope, innovation, and collaboration. By combining our efforts, expertise, and resources, we can amplify our impact and drive meaningful change across borders.”

As a University-level study and development centre, APAGDC will engage in exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN and Asia-Pacific countries to foster government-business-community partnerships that will drive impactful change for sustainable development, leveraging advocacy, education, and engagement.
