Mr Ricky Suhendar, Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, and his consular staff visited The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) and had a meeting with Professor Gilbert Fong, Dean of the School of Translation and Foreign Languages (STFL), and Dr Shelby Chan, Associate Dean, on 23 September 2020. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the development of the Indonesian Language course which has been offered by the STFL since September 2019. Both parties also explored future collaborative projects such as a cultural festival and student exchanges so as to promote Indonesian culture to HSUHK students.
