Dr Kwok is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accountancy of Hang Seng Management College. Before joining the College, she has worked in a multi-national group as in-house tax advisor specialising in the regional taxation for 10 years. Her work comprises both tax compliance and tax planning covering the geographical areas including Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to this, Dr Kwok has had 3 years of teaching experience in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University working as a Lecturer on the subject of Hong Kong Taxation; and she was also the assistant programme leader of the Bachelor degree programme. Dr Kwok has also gained her tax professional experience through working in the big four accounting firms in Hong Kong and Australia for a total of 9 years. She is currently also serving ACCA, UK in relation to two examination papers on HK taxation at both fundamental and professional levels.
