Dr Lei joined Hang Seng Management College as a part-time Research Staff in the Department of Accountancy (“the Department”) from April 2014. Starting from August 2014, he is the Assistant Professor of the Department. Dr Lei received his PhD from City University of Hong Kong, MSc from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and BSc from University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles. Dr Lei’s research interests include labour unions and tax compliance behavior of organisations and his teaching areas are Auditing and Financial Accounting. Before Dr Lei joined our College, he worked with three individual international organisations as an external auditor, internal income control auditor and analyst.
