Mr Tam is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Finance in the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of Wisconsin at Stevens Points, USA and Master of Arts in Economics from Kansas State University, USA. He teaches both Microeconomics and Macroeconomics at the undergraduate level. His research interests include behavioral Economics and Finance.
