The Institute of Knowledge Exchange (IKE) is collaborating with Legendary Education Group Limited and Parenting Headline Limited to introduce an executive training course inspired by the spirit and wisdom of renowned entrepreneur, the late Dr Cheng Yu-tung.
The three-module course covers virtue ethics, organisational culture and corporate social responsibility. Combining theoretical foundations with practical insights, the course offers the most optimised learning experience for lifelong executive learners. IKE will oversee academic development and quality assurance of the course, and will appoint instructors with expertise on related fields.
With the support of the Jing Yuan Charity Foundation, the course will integrate the entrepreneurial ethos of “Diligence, Integrity and Dedication” — lifelong values upheld by Dr Cheng Yu-tung, founder of Chow Tai Fook Group and New World Development. It aims to help executives identify pathways for sustainable organisational growth through personal characters and professional virtues.
At the signing ceremony of the MoU on 14 January 2026, Mr Peter Cheng, Chairman of Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation and Jing Yuan Charity Foundation Project Management Committee, remarked, “My father often reminded us to be diligent, to keep our promises and never put profit before principle. I hope this course will instil these values in the next generation of executives.”
