The 2026 Asia Triathlon Junior and U23 Championships took place in Hong Kong from 14-15 March 2026, drawing young triathletes from across Asia to compete.

In partnership with the Triathlon Association of Hong Kong China, HSUHK deployed over 30 students from its Service-Learning module to provide essential operational support.

Students assisted with anti-doping procedures, results management, logistical coordination, and athlete recovery, ensuring the seamless execution of the event. Student volunteer Leung Chi-hong shared, “It was eye opening to witness the teamwork behind an international sports event.”

Through this experience, students bridged classroom learning with practical application, deepening their community engagement and understanding of major international sporting events.
