To commemorate the 28th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) held a national flag-raising ceremony this morning. The ceremony was conducted by HSUHK Student Flag-raising Group and attended by HSUHK’s management, staff and students.
