The Student Affairs Office has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Shanghai Changning Overseas Friendship Association to strengthen youth exchange between Shanghai and Hong Kong. The partnership will include initiatives such as the Dual-city Internship Programme in Shanghai and Hong Kong, Mainland Summer Internship and Reciprocal Exchange Tour.

These initiatives aim to enhance students’ understanding of national development and regional integration, while equipping them with the vision and capabilities needed to seize emerging opportunities.

At the Signing Ceremony, representatives of the Association highlighted Changning District’s strategic location, strong industrial base, high levels of internationalisation, and dynamic digital ecosystem. The HSUHK delegation also visited the Westwell Technology exhibition hall to learn about the company’s pioneering work in advancing intelligent and green transformation in global logistics, gaining first-hand insight into the district’s innovation-driven growth.
