The HSUHK 45th Anniversary – HSU x eClass Computing Cup, co-organised by HSUHK’s Department of Computer Science, eClass Limited, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) HSUHK Student Branch, was held on 20 December 2025. Sponsored by ICO Group Limited and the University, the event received support from the Hong Kong New Emerging Technology Education Association, Esri China (Hong Kong), and the Hong Kong Computer Society.
Themed “Smart Meal Plan Assistant”, this year’s competition brought together 21 secondary school teams. Students designed and implemented innovative Android mobile applications for personalised meal planning, highlighting their creativity and strong technical skills.
The True Light School of Hong Kong won the Gold Award, Lai King Catholic Secondary School received the Silver Award, and Kwun Tong Maryknoll College secured the Bronze Award. Merit Awards were presented to Po Leung Kuk Celine Ho Yam Tong College and United Christian College.
