HSUHK hosted the Joint Residential Colleges High Table Dinner on 16 April 2024, which was attended by 400 student residents, faculty members and distinguished guests.
The dinner began with welcome remarks from President Simon Ho. Dr Moses Cheng, Chairman of the Council, awarded this year’s Council Chairman Bowl to Patrick S C Poon Amity College for an unprecedented fourth consecutive year.
Professor Ricardo Mak, Director of Public Examinations at the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority, was invited as a keynote speaker, and shared how learning martial arts has inspired and benefitted him both physically and mentally.
During the dinner, Ms Diana Cesar, Chairman of the Board of Governors, led the honourable guests in engaging interactions with Board and Council Members, student and faculty members.
