BJC Talk Series 18: Creativity and Development in TV Broadcasting Industry

 

Mr Nick Ip Ka Po, Executive Director of ATV, was invited to be the guest speaker at the 18th BJC Talk. Mr Ip shared his valuable work experience in Television industry and analysed the development of Hong Kong Television industry. Moreover, he shared the development and future prospect of ATV and his unique insights of the sources of creativity with students. He pointed out that creativity comes from daily experience and brave innovation. He suggested students to observe the details of everyday life and think inventively in order to train creative thinking. The talk attracted an audience of over 300 students. After the talk, Professor Scarlet Tso, Dean of the School of Communication and 2 students from BJC were interviewed by ATV’s programme, “Asian Entertainment” and shared the views towards Hong Kong Television Industry.
