    Dr Cheung worked in Hong Kong Telecom as trainee engineer/project engineer from 1990 to 1995. He was a research student/research assistant at the Department of Electronic Engineering, City University of Hong Kong, from 1996 to 2002. He taught at Department of Computer Science, Chu Hai College of Higher Education before joining School of Communication at Hang Seng Management College. Dr Cheung is a Chartered Engineer and Member of The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
