Mr. Jason Wong is a solicitor in private practice with a focus in commercial and civil litigation. He handles cross-border dispute resolutions which often involve multiple jurisdictions, and is experienced in complex employment cases with conflicting dispute resolution clauses (i.e. both arbitration and Hong Kong courts) in multiple agreements.
