    Dr Chen received his BSc in Risk Management & Business Intelligence, MPhil in Financial Mathematics, and PhD in Applied Mathematics, all from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Before joining HSUHK, he was a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the Hong Kong Baptist University, and an instructor in the Center for the Development of the Gifted and Talented, HKUST.
