Dr Jaegoo Lim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. His research and teaching focus on macro-organizational perspectives, particularly exploring how leadership dynamics and corporate governance influence firm outcomes. Prior to joining HSUHK, he was a faculty member at Lingnan University and at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and gained corporate experience at POSCO in South Korea. Dr. Lim earned his Ph.D. in organizational theory with a minor in strategic management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
