施永青：共享願景扶下屬，追求理想分階段
今集「校長與領袖同『恒』」請來中原地產董事兼AM730創辦人施永青先生做嘉賓。施先生認為當領袖除了要共享願景，還要分享成果，因此實行「三三制」，將三分之一的利潤分予員工。他認為做人要快樂，必須為長遠壓抑短期快樂，也要將自己期望定於合理水平。
