鍾志平：熱愛工作須專注，傳承須不忘創新
本集嘉賓請來有「電鑽大王」之稱的鍾志平博士。鍾博士自言小時候因生計而成為倉務員，但他堅守敬業樂業的原則，被老闆賞識而升為經理，籌備資金開始創業，最終創立工業王國。鍾博士勉勵年青人要勇於創新，終身學習，他希望香港的下一代能薪火相傳香港精神。
