Edward brings over 20 years of managerial experience across both the commercial and nonprofit sectors to the education field. Building on a distinguished career in corporate marketing, he redirected his expertise toward social impact and has since dedicated himself to nonprofit advancement. Over the past two decades, he has successfully supported universities, professional institutes, and charities in securing substantial funding while elevating their philanthropic reach and brand presence.

In addition to lecturing at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, Edward also teaches at another tertiary institution. He serves as Executive Director of the Chapel & York Hong Kong Foundation and, since establishing his consultancy in 2016, has provided advisory and training services in marketing, communications, and fundraising for nonprofit organizations.

Personally, Edward is deeply committed to education and youth development. Prior to his academic appointments, he actively contributed to voluntary initiatives in these areas, reflecting his enduring passion for empowering the next generation.
