Students who are taking the module \u201cCarriage of Goods Law in Hong Kong and China\u201d attended the talk and participated in a maritime arbitration moot court. Professor Reyes guided the students step-by-step through the whole arbitration process. The case selected was a dispute settlement between an iron core trader and a carrier, one of the recent decisions of the Admiralty Court in Hong Kong. \u00a0Students played the role of claimants, arbitrators and respondents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
