Terms of Reference<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Nomination Committee for Appointment of Governors and Chairmen\/Members to Board Committees shall be subject to the terms of reference as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To recommend candidates to the Board for appointment as Governors;<\/li>\n
  2. To recommend to the Board the re-appointment of existing Governors;<\/li>\n
  3. To plan for the succession of Governors;<\/li>\n
  4. To recommend candidates to the Board for appointment as Chairman\/ members to Board Committees; and<\/li>\n
  5.
