Terms of Reference<\/strong>

The Executive Committee shall be subject to the terms of reference as follows:<\/p>

  1. to consider matters as referred to it by the Board of Governors (\u201cthe Board<\/strong>\u201d) including the making of decisions with power delegated by the Board as appropriate;<\/p><\/li>

  2. to provide a forum for strategic planning and development of the University, formulation of proposals and review of major policies, inter alia, and to make recommendations to the Board where appropriate;<\/p><\/li>

  3. to deal with items of business, which for reasons of routineness and\/or urgency as agreed by the Board Chairman, cannot await to be resolved by the full Board, subject to reporting to the Board at the next available meeting; and<\/p><\/li>
