單元概要
In addition to learning essential management theories, this module uses an applied approach to developing and practicing students' management and interpersonal skills. Being involved in the learning experience and connecting theories to their own lives, students can learn how to build productive relationships and master soft skills necessary for personal and organisational effectiveness, such as self-management, team building, and problem solving. This module's practical yet research-based style is designed to help students achieve the success they desire. Specifically, the ideas, tools, and techniques help enhance students' effectiveness (ability to achieve results), career potential (e.g., marketability, salaries, promotions, job satisfaction, and job choice), and general well-being (e.g., happiness, health, work-life "balance").
