Through interactive engagement, the workshop aimed to promote campus diversity and inclusion while enhancing participants\u2019 understanding and respect for the hearing-impaired culture.<\/p><p>Participants were guided by a hearing-impaired instructor who taught essential everyday sign language expressions while assisting them in crafting various balloon designs, under the leadership of a hearing balloon artist. Through this fusion of nonverbal communication and artistic expression, attendees gained deeper insights into hearing-impaired culture, and the experience of \u201cspeaking with hands\u201d to bridge differences and build connections.<\/p><p>HSUHK has always been dedicated to promoting social inclusion, upholding its commitment to nurturing students\u2019 humanistic care and social responsibility. The University will continue collaborating with various organisations to foster a campus community that embraces differences with respect and inclusivity, building a harmonious learning environment together.<\/p><p class=\"x_elementToProof\" various shapes, deepening their understanding of and respect for hearing-impaired culture and demonstrating the spirit of diversity and
