The winning team includes Cai Changyi; Chong Hiu-ching; Lam Kwun-yat; Lau Wan-yeuk; and Luo Yanshan.<\/p><p>The Merit Award recognised the report \u201cUnlicensed BBQ Venues\u201d, which uncovered unlicensed private barbecue sites across the New Territories, posing severe food safety and fire risks.
