The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) is pleased to announce that its newly admitted local students in eight taught postgraduate (TPG) programmes will benefit from the \u201cHong Kong Future Talents Scholarship Scheme for Advanced Studies\u201d (FTSS) established by the Hong Kong Government, commencing in the 2025-26 academic year. This initiative not only alleviates the financial burden on students but also aims to cultivate a pool of high-calibre talent across various domains, further solidifying Hong Kong\u2019s position as an international hub for higher education.<\/p>

The FTSS will provide scholarships to up to 1,200 local students enrolling in designated TPG programmes at UGC-funded and self-financing institutions, with each scholarship capped at HK$100,000 for the entire programme. The scheme\u00a0also emphasises\u00a0social responsibility by requiring awardees to contribute to the local workforce in Hong Kong or the Greater Bay Area after graduation.<\/p>
