The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) cancelled its Convocation yesterday due to the typhoon.\u00a0 Professor Simon S M Ho, President of HSUHK, shared his speech for the Convocation in an email today to encourage some 1,900 new undergraduate students.<\/p>
