\u201cFood and Beverage Young Entrepreneurship Competition\u201d <\/strong><\/p>

The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK)\u2019s Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE), in collaboration with the Institution of Dining Art Foundation Limited (IDAF), is co-organising the first \u201cFood and Beverage Young Entrepreneurship Competition\u201d. The competition aims to support young entrepreneurs’ start-up projects in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry. In addition to receiving a total of HK$200,000 in seed funding and mentorship from industry experts, the grand winner will be offered a lease of a ground floor unit located in the bustling area in Kam Ping Street, North Point for three years, including 14 months of rent-free period. The grand winner can also enjoy complimentary interior design services and food licence consultation service.<\/p>

The competition is now open for entries to all individuals or teams, with the deadline for proposal submission being 20 March 2024 (Wednesday). The top five finalists will undergo a panel interview for the opportunity to execute their creative F&B business plan, enabling them to achieve their career aspiration and pursue their dreams.<\/p>
